How the Solbine Site Score™ Works

The Solbine Site Score™ is a 0–100 index that combines six dimensions: Solar (or technology) Score, Grid Score, Planning Risk, MW Capacity, Revenue Potential, and Development Timeline.

Each dimension is scored using GIS data, grid proximity, planning constraints, and regional benchmarks. The overall score gives you a single headline metric while the breakdown shows where the risks and opportunities lie.

We update methodology as new data and markets become available. The score is indicative and should be used alongside professional due diligence—not as a substitute for it.
