1. About Solbine
Solbine Ltd is registered in England and Wales. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Solbine platform, including our website, intelligence tools, and marketplace features.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Solbine, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
3. Platform Use
Solbine provides land intelligence, GIS scoring, grid analysis tools, and a marketplace connecting landowners, developers, and investors. All information provided is for indicative purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share login details or allow unauthorised access. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
5. Landowner Listings
Landowners listing land on Solbine represent that they have legal authority to do so. Listing does not create a binding agreement with any developer. All transactions are subject to separate legal documentation.
6. Developer Subscriptions
Developer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. The 14-day free trial period begins on account creation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Intellectual Property
All GIS scores, intelligence briefs, platform content, scoring methodologies, and technology are the intellectual property of Solbine Ltd. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce platform content without written permission.
8. Data Accuracy
Solbine intelligence tools provide indicative outputs based on available data. We do not warrant the accuracy of GIS data, grid estimates, or planning risk scores. Users must conduct independent professional due diligence before committing to any project.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solbine Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including project failures, investment losses, or reliance on platform data.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
